I was in a time crunch ordering my items and shipping got delayed- they were tracking it and before I even realized it was delayed, reached out to me to reassure that they were keeping up with it, and if it didn't seem like it would make it in time, they would send me another one asap via an alternative carrier. Thankfully it was delivered today and every single piece is gorgeous! So well-crafted and the attention to detail is impeccable; even down to tissue paper in the bows to help preserve their shape during shipping.
