Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do on a limited basis.  Please reach out to customerservice@storybookgoods.com if you are interested in placing a custom order. 

Do you sell wholesale or dropship?  

Yes, we are currently in over 25 stores across the US and Canada.  Please e-mail customerservice@storybookgoods.com for more information about our wholesale platforms and dropship options.    

What are my shipping options?

US Domestic:  Standard FedEx Ground carrier calculated rates.

International:  DHL Standard carrier calculated rates.

RUSH $50- FedEx overnight.  DOMESTIC ONLY.  Ships in 24 hours **Applicable to party goods ONLY

Orders placed past 5 pm on Friday and on the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. 

Can I edit my order?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.
 

Can I return my order?

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery, and the cost of a return label is taken out of the refund. 

Storybook Goods is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.
