Position Overview: As a Client Relations Coordinator at Storybook Goods, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail. You will manage client communications, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance overall client satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and to maintain the high standards we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Serve as the main liaison between Storybook Goods and our clients. Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.  You will be responsible for managing all client communication on Etsy, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and Faire.  Some platforms rank our performance partially based on response time so you will need to provide quick responses during the week.  
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and preferences to offer personalized support and solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring a positive client experience. Work closely with relevant departments to address and resolve any product or service-related problems.  You will be responsible for auditing shipments daily to capture any issues to help resolve them quickly.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our products and services. Share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on client feedback, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role. Experience in a retail or product-oriented industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with our various sales platforms is preferred.   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attributes: Positive attitude, empathetic, and proactive approach to client service. Passion for storytelling and a genuine interest in our products.

Compensation

This position is hourly at the rate of $19/ hour.  You will be paid twice monthly, every other Friday.  We also offer employee discounts on our products.
